新型复合保温砌块是由主体砌块、夹芯保温材料和保温连接柱等构成的。为了提高砌块的物理和热工性能,使其具有良好的自保温效果,通常在砌块的孔洞内灌入保温材料;目前主要用的保温夹芯材料有泡沫混凝土、EPS/XPS板、加气混凝土等。该文对常用的保温材料研究情况和基本性能进行了总结,并介绍了夹芯保温材料对砌块热工性能的影响;最后通过分析总结出了目前夹芯保温材料存在的不足及其发展方向。

New compound insulation block is composed of the main block,core thermal insulation material and insulation joint pin. In order to improve its physical and thermal performance to enhance its insulation effect, the block hole is usually filled with thermal insulation material. At present, the main core insulation materials are foam concrete, EPS/XPS plate, aerated concrete and so on. The research progress and basic properties of thermal insulation materials commonly used are summarized and the influence of core insulation material on the thermal performance of the block is introduced. The exist-ing problems and development direction of core insulation materials are summarized according to the analysis.
