目的：观察电针加微波照射治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：将89例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用电针加微波照射治疗，对照组采用单纯电针治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.65%，高于对照组的79.07%（P<0.05）。结论：电针加微波照射治疗肩周炎疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of electro-acupuncture plus microwave radiation treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods:89 pa-tients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture plus microwave irradia-tion, control group with treatment of electro-acupuncture, the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.65%, higher than that of control group by 79.07%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture and microwave irradiation treating scapulohumeral periarthritis is significantly effective.
