目的：观察针刺结合语言训练对中风后运动性失语患者认知功能的影响。方法：60例患者随机分为针康组及对照组各30例，分别采用针刺配合语言功能训练及语言功能训练，比较两组效果。结果：治疗后两组AQ、MMSE评分均较治疗前显著提高（P<0.01），且针康组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：针刺配合语言训练对中风后运动性失语有积极作用，改善其轻度认知功能障碍。

목적：관찰침자결합어언훈련대중풍후운동성실어환자인지공능적영향。방법：60례환자수궤분위침강조급대조조각30례，분별채용침자배합어언공능훈련급어언공능훈련，비교량조효과。결과：치료후량조AQ、MMSE평분균교치료전현저제고（P<0.01），차침강조고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：침자배합어언훈련대중풍후운동성실어유적겁작용，개선기경도인지공능장애。
Objective:To observe the influence of acupuncture combined with language training on cognitive function of post-apoplectic motor apha-sia patients. Methods:60 cases of patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group, respectively used acupuncture com-bined with language training and only language training, then compared the efficacy of two groups. Results: The AQ and MMSE scores of two groups after treatment were both significantly improved (P<0.01), which compared with those before treatment, and the scores of rehabilitation group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with language training plays a positive role in improv-ing mild cognitive dysfunction of post-apoplectic motor aphasia.
