目的：探讨内旋手法整复小夹板固定治疗儿童伸直桡偏旋转型肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法：50例伸直桡偏旋转型肱骨髁上骨折患儿随机分为治疗组27例和对照组23例，治疗组予内旋提按手法整复及小夹板固定；对照组按传统手法复位，6个月后评定疗效。结果：治疗组优19例，良4例，一般3例，差1例；对照组优9例，良6例，一般5例，差3例；治疗组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：内旋手法整复小夹板固定治疗治疗儿童伸直桡偏型肱骨髁上骨折效果良好。
目的：探討內鏇手法整複小夾闆固定治療兒童伸直橈偏鏇轉型肱骨髁上骨摺的療效。方法：50例伸直橈偏鏇轉型肱骨髁上骨摺患兒隨機分為治療組27例和對照組23例，治療組予內鏇提按手法整複及小夾闆固定；對照組按傳統手法複位，6箇月後評定療效。結果：治療組優19例，良4例，一般3例，差1例；對照組優9例，良6例，一般5例，差3例；治療組明顯優于對照組（P<0.05）。結論：內鏇手法整複小夾闆固定治療治療兒童伸直橈偏型肱骨髁上骨摺效果良好。
목적：탐토내선수법정복소협판고정치료인동신직뇨편선전형굉골과상골절적료효。방법：50례신직뇨편선전형굉골과상골절환인수궤분위치료조27례화대조조23례，치료조여내선제안수법정복급소협판고정；대조조안전통수법복위，6개월후평정료효。결과：치료조우19례，량4례，일반3례，차1례；대조조우9례，량6례，일반5례，차3례；치료조명현우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：내선수법정복소협판고정치료치료인동신직뇨편형굉골과상골절효과량호。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of internal rotation twisted taxis and small splint fixation for children's humeral supracondylar frac-ture of straighten radial deviation rotary type. Methods: 50 cases of children were randomly divided into treatment group (27 cases) and control group (23 cases), the treatment group treated by internal rotation twisted taxis and small splint fixation, while the control group by traditional manual reduction, evaluated the efficacy after 6 months. Results:There were 19 cases of excellent, 4 cases of good, 3 cases of general and 1 case of bad in treatment group;9 cases of excellent, 6 cases of good, 5 cases of general and 3 case of bad in control group;the efficacy of treatment group was sig-nificantly better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of internal rotation twisted taxis and small splint fixation has a good curative effect on children's humeral supracondylar fracture of straighten radial deviation rotary type.
