目的：观察旋转定位斜扳法配合百会穴压灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予理筋手法及百会穴压灸法，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上施以旋转定位斜扳法，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.4%，高于对照组的86.5%（P<0.05）。结论：旋转定位斜扳法结合百会穴压灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病操作简便，疗效显著，适于在社区康复服务中推广。

목적：관찰선전정위사반법배합백회혈압구치료추동맥형경추병적료효。방법：장80례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조급여리근수법급백회혈압구법，치료조재대조조치료기출상시이선전정위사반법，비교량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위97.4%，고우대조조적86.5%（P<0.05）。결론：선전정위사반법결합백회혈압구치료추동맥형경추병조작간편，료효현저，괄우재사구강복복무중추엄。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of located rotating oblique pulling combined with compressive moxibustion on Baihui for cervical spon-dylosis of vertebral artery. Methods:80 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group treated by tendon manipulation and compressive moxibustion on Baihui, while the treatment group by located rotating oblique pulling on the basis of treatment of control group, compared the efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.4%, which was higher than 86.5%that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Located rotating oblique pulling combined with compressive moxibustion on Baihui has significant cura-tive effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery, and it's easy to operate, suitable to promote in community rehabilitation service.
