目的：研究三维正骨推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：120例非重度腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用三维正骨推拿治疗，对照组采用常规推拿手法，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率达96.7%；对照组总有效率为61.7%，治疗组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：三维正骨推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效。
목적：연구삼유정골추나치료요추간반돌출증적림상효과。방법：120례비중도요추간반돌출증환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조채용삼유정골추나치료，대조조채용상규추나수법，관찰량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔체96.7%；대조조총유효솔위61.7%，치료조명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：삼유정골추나치료요추간반돌출증안전유효。
Objective:To study on the efficacy of 3D bonesetting manipulation for lumbar disc herniation. Methods:120 cases of non-severe lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group used 3D bonesetting manipulation, and the control group used conventional manipulation, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%, while the control group was 61.7%, the treatment group was higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:3D bonesetting manipulation for lumbar disc herniation is safe and effective.
