目的:总结学龄前期轻度脑瘫儿童的康复治疗方案。方法:1例学龄前脑性瘫痪儿童入学前行密集式综合康复训练,入校后予间断综合康复训练,并始终坚持家庭康复训练。结果:患儿能够适应普通的幼儿园生活,生活自理。结论:学龄前轻度脑性瘫痪期患儿及时采取系统性综合康复训练能促进患儿功能恢复,正常参与生活与学习。
目的:總結學齡前期輕度腦癱兒童的康複治療方案。方法:1例學齡前腦性癱瘓兒童入學前行密集式綜閤康複訓練,入校後予間斷綜閤康複訓練,併始終堅持傢庭康複訓練。結果:患兒能夠適應普通的幼兒園生活,生活自理。結論:學齡前輕度腦性癱瘓期患兒及時採取繫統性綜閤康複訓練能促進患兒功能恢複,正常參與生活與學習。

Objective:To summarize the rehabilitation program on preschool children with mild cerebral palsy. Methods:A case of preschool child with cerebral palsy received intensive rehabilitation training before attending school, with discontinuity of comprehensive rehabilitation training after entering school, and adhering to family rehabilitation training. Results:The child could adapt the ordinary life of kindergarten, looking after himself in daily life. Conclusion:Preschool children with mild cerebral palsy timely adopt systemic comprehensive rehabilitation training can promote the functional recovery, participating in the normal life and learning.
