新一轮医院评审工作已进行两年，许多医院进入了总结验收阶段。本文根据医院评审评价总结工作的实际情况及效果，提出了总结工作的三个要点：内容必须务实，效果必须激励，效应必须前行。并从准确把握总结目的和导向、在总结中进行评审工作再培训、凝聚和激励职工、强化持续改进的理念和方法等角度进行了解析。提出对评审工作的全程化、系统化管理是总结工作务实的基础，对评审理念的深入理解和把控是提升总结工作分量的关键，将评审工作融入医院文化是放大总结效应的有效方法。

The new round of hospital accreditation has been carried out for 2 years and many hospitals are in the stage of summary. Based on the status quo and effect of hospital accreditation, 3 key points in summary report are presented which can be summarized as content must practical, effectiveness must incentive and effect must implementation. in views of accuracy meeting the goals and direction of hospital accreditation, retaining, incentive mechanism and strengthening continuous promoting concept and methods, the 3 key points are detailly analyzed. It shows that full and integrated management is the basis for practically summarizing hospital accreditation. The understanding and awareness of accreditation ideas is the key point on improving summary report quality and integrating accreditation into hospital culture is the effective method to expand accreditation effect.
