目的：观察穴位按摩联合肢体功能锻炼对预防髋关节术后下肢肌肉萎缩的效果。方法将78例髋关节术后的患者随机分为两组，对照组按术后常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上，实行穴位按摩联合患肢功能锻炼，观察并记录术前、术后1周、2周、3周、4周及2个月患肢大腿周径。结果两组患者的肌肉萎缩统计数据比较（P ＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论穴位按摩联合肢体功能锻炼对预防髋关节术后下肢肌肉萎缩效果明显，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰혈위안마연합지체공능단련대예방관관절술후하지기육위축적효과。방법장78례관관절술후적환자수궤분위량조，대조조안술후상규호리，실험조재상규호리적기출상，실행혈위안마연합환지공능단련，관찰병기록술전、술후1주、2주、3주、4주급2개월환지대퇴주경。결과량조환자적기육위축통계수거비교（P ＜0.05），구유통계학의의。결론혈위안마연합지체공능단련대예방관관절술후하지기육위축효과명현，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture point massage combined with limb function exercise on the prevention of lower limb muscle atrophy after hip arthroplasty.
