腰部扳法是腰部推拿中常用的整复手法，对关节紊乱、错位有很好的疗效，但其操作难度高，操作不当易发生意外。本文综述了因腰部扳法治疗不当导致的意外情况，并分析影响腰部扳法安全性的因素，对提高腰部扳法在推拿临床应用的安全性有重要意义。

Waist pulling manipulation is a kind of commonly used reduction manipulation in waist massage, which has a good curative effect on joint disorders and dislocations, but its operation difficulty is high, and it's easy to occur accidents by improper operation. This article had summarized the accidents that caused by improper treatments for waist pulling manipulation, and analyzed the factors that affected the safety of waist pulling manipu-lation, which had important significance to the improvement of safety of waist pulling manipulation in clinical application.
