目的：观察针灸结合模拟仿真测试评价训练系统（BTE PRIMUS RS）治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：将48例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予药物、物理因子等常规治疗及针灸治疗，治疗组则在对照组治疗的基础上结合BTE PRIMUS RS对相应肌肉进行肌力训练，观察两组患者膝关节功能改善情况。结果：治疗组的VAS评分、Lequesne功能评分、关节活动度均优于对照组（P<0.05），优良率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：针灸结合BTE PRIMUS RS能有效增强膝关节的稳定性，改善膝关节功能，并能长期维持。
목적：관찰침구결합모의방진측시평개훈련계통（BTE PRIMUS RS）치료슬관절골성관절염적료효。방법：장48례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조급여약물、물리인자등상규치료급침구치료，치료조칙재대조조치료적기출상결합BTE PRIMUS RS대상응기육진행기력훈련，관찰량조환자슬관절공능개선정황。결과：치료조적VAS평분、Lequesne공능평분、관절활동도균우우대조조（P<0.05），우량솔고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：침구결합BTE PRIMUS RS능유효증강슬관절적은정성，개선슬관절공능，병능장기유지。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with BTE PRIMUS RS for knee osteoarthritis. Methods:48 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group used conventional treatment like medication, physical factors thera-py and acupuncture, while the treatment used BTE PRIMUS RS to strength the appropriate muscles on the basis of treatment of control group, ob-served the improvement of knee joint functions of two groups. Results:The VAS score, Lequesne function score and range of motion of treatment group were all better than those of control group (P<0.05), the excellent rate was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupunc-ture combined with BTE PRIMUS RS can effectively enhance the stability of knee joint, improve the knee joint functions, which can maintain for long-term.
