针对油田含油污水处理站过滤系统反洗回收水罐泥水分离与排出存在的问题,设计排泥装置,实现反洗排水接收、澄清、排泥和水回收四个过程的自动循环执行和罐的交替切换运行。改造后,使污水处理系统更加稳定运行,操作运行强度大大降低。
針對油田含油汙水處理站過濾繫統反洗迴收水罐泥水分離與排齣存在的問題,設計排泥裝置,實現反洗排水接收、澄清、排泥和水迴收四箇過程的自動循環執行和罐的交替切換運行。改造後,使汙水處理繫統更加穩定運行,操作運行彊度大大降低。

Aiming at the problems existed in the sludge-water separation and discharge for the backwash recovery filter in an oilfield oil-bearing wastewater treatment station ,a sludge discharging device has been designed. The automatic circulation implement of four processes,such as backwashing discharge water receiving,clarification, sludge discharge and water recovery,and the alternatively switch running of the tank have thus been realized. After the reform,the wastewater treatment system runs more steadily,and the operation running strength has thus been reduced greatly.
