A separate pretreatment of high-concentration wastewater has been implemented ,mainly including physicochemical treatment such as regulation,grease traps,two-stage air floatation,etc.,and two-stage internal circulation BAF biochemical treatment processes. The operation status shows that the processing system could effectively reduce the contents of COD,oils and SS in high-concentration wastewater with an average removing rate of up to 77.1%,69.6%and 90.7%,respectively,meeting the design requirements.
