目的：探讨综合干预对肿瘤患者放疗期间失眠的效果。方法将100例行放射治疗的食道癌患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例，对照组进行常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上针对失眠原因有针对性地进行全面评估，并给予相应的护理。结果肿瘤放疗患者失眠的原因依次为负性情感因素(恐惧、焦虑、抑郁)、疼痛、放疗副作用、经济压力、医疗氛围、婚姻家庭关系等。干预组睡眠状况优于对照组，2组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论积极、有效的护理措施能提高肿瘤放疗患者的睡眠质量。
목적：탐토종합간예대종류환자방료기간실면적효과。방법장100례행방사치료적식도암환자수궤분위간예조화대조조각50례，대조조진행상규호리，간예조재상규호리기출상침대실면원인유침대성지진행전면평고，병급여상응적호리。결과종류방료환자실면적원인의차위부성정감인소(공구、초필、억욱)、동통、방료부작용、경제압력、의료분위、혼인가정관계등。간예조수면상황우우대조조，2조비교유현저성차이(P＜0.05)。결론적겁、유효적호리조시능제고종류방료환자적수면질량。
Objective To investigate the effect ofcomprehensive intervention on insomnia of cancer patients during radiotherapy. Meth-ods 100 patients with esophageal cancer routine radiation therapy were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 50 patients in the control group with routine care while the intervention group on the basis of routine care reasons for insomnia and carrying out a comprehensive assessment and giving appropriate care. Results The tumor radiotherapy causes of insomnia patients are negative emotional factors(fear, anxiety, depression), pain, radiotherapy side effects, economic pressure, medical atmosphere, marriage and family relations. The quality of sleep of patients in intervention group is better than that in control group with being significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion The positive and effective nursing interventions can improve the quality of sleep in patients with cancer radiotherapy.
