20世纪90年代以来，中国高等教育实现了跨越式发展，高等学校大学生在校生规模空前庞大，高等教育由精英教育进入到了大众教育阶段。面对培养下的竞争性专业选择，很多高校大学生出于对社会经济状况及就业环境的不确定性认知，以及高校专业选择和分流操作实施办法的不适应等因素的影响，出现了新的压力源和压力感知，并带来一系列思想、心理问题，直接影响着大类培养的实施效果。本文着力从学生专业选择前压力产生的三个方面的原因进行探索、研究，对促进学生个体成才和实现教育资源合理利用具有十分重要的意义。

Since the 1990s, China has achieved leapfrog develop-ment of higher education, and the scale of colleges and universi-ties students is unprecedentedly large, which leads to the change of higher education from elite education to mass education. Faced with competitive specialty choice based on cultivation, due to the cognition of the uncertainty of social economic conditions and employment environment, and the inadaptability of university specialty choice and implementation methods of diversion, new pressure sources and the pressure scenes emerge among a lot of university students, bringing a series of ideological and psycho-logical problems which directly affect the effect broad cultivation. The article focuses on three causes of students' pressure before specialty choice, which is of great significance to the promotion of students' development and the implementation of the rational uti-lization of educational resources.
