以果实口感无酸味的甜瓜材料60和酸甜味的材料61为亲本,构建P1、P2、F1、BC1、BC2及F2六世代群体,利用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型的六世代联合分析法,分析甜瓜果实柠檬酸含量、可滴定酸值(TA)和pH值的遗传效应。结果表明:柠檬酸含量的遗传模型为1对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因模型,F2群体的主基因遗传率为31.06%,多基因遗传率为30.48%;TA值的遗传模型为2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因模型,F2群体的主基因遗传率为78.06%,多基因遗传率为0;pH值的遗传模型为1对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因模型,F2群体的主基因遗传率为84.07%,多基因遗传率为12.90%。
以果實口感無痠味的甜瓜材料60和痠甜味的材料61為親本,構建P1、P2、F1、BC1、BC2及F2六世代群體,利用主基因+多基因混閤遺傳模型的六世代聯閤分析法,分析甜瓜果實檸檬痠含量、可滴定痠值(TA)和pH值的遺傳效應。結果錶明:檸檬痠含量的遺傳模型為1對加性-顯性主基因+加性-顯性-上位性多基因模型,F2群體的主基因遺傳率為31.06%,多基因遺傳率為30.48%;TA值的遺傳模型為2對加性-顯性-上位性主基因+加性-顯性-上位性多基因模型,F2群體的主基因遺傳率為78.06%,多基因遺傳率為0;pH值的遺傳模型為1對加性-顯性主基因+加性-顯性-上位性多基因模型,F2群體的主基因遺傳率為84.07%,多基因遺傳率為12.90%。
이과실구감무산미적첨과재료60화산첨미적재료61위친본,구건P1、P2、F1、BC1、BC2급F2륙세대군체,이용주기인+다기인혼합유전모형적륙세대연합분석법,분석첨과과실저몽산함량、가적정산치(TA)화pH치적유전효응。결과표명:저몽산함량적유전모형위1대가성-현성주기인+가성-현성-상위성다기인모형,F2군체적주기인유전솔위31.06%,다기인유전솔위30.48%;TA치적유전모형위2대가성-현성-상위성주기인+가성-현성-상위성다기인모형,F2군체적주기인유전솔위78.06%,다기인유전솔위0;pH치적유전모형위1대가성-현성주기인+가성-현성-상위성다기인모형,F2군체적주기인유전솔위84.07%,다기인유전솔위12.90%。
Six generations of P1,P2,F1,BC1,BC2 and F2 derived from a crossing between parent‘60’(acidless)and‘61’(acid)were used to study the hereditary effects of melon fruit in citric content,titratable acidity(TA)and pH value by the mixed major gene plus polygene inheritance model with joint analysis method of multiple generations.The results showed that the genetic model of citric content was“one pair of additive-dominant major gene plus additive-dominant-epistasis polygene”. Heritability of the major gene and polygene in F2 population was 31.06% and 30.48%,respectively. Genetic model of TA was“two pairs of additive-dominant-epistasis major gene plus additive-dominant-epistasis polygene”.Major gene heritability of TA in F2 population was 78.06%,while that of polygene was 0.The genetic model of pH value was also“one pair of additive-dominant major gene plus additive-dominant-epitasis polygene”,and the major gene heritability in F2 was 84.07%,while that of polygene was 12.09%.
