针对绿色物流发展水平的不确定性问题,从国家物流政策及配套、绿色物流的经济性、资源节约性以及友好性四个方面构建绿色物流发展水平评价指标体系。在研究分析多种赋权法的基础上,提出一种基于AHP和熵值法相结合的指标权重确定方法,并以长株潭两型社会城市群为例,验证该方法的科学性和有效性。

In view of the uncertainty of indicators in environmental logistics development level , an environment evaluation indicator system was established which considered four factors such as country ’ s logistics policy , environmental logistics e-conomy characteristic , resource saving and environment friendly .In the study of multiple weight method , the paper pro-posed a determining method of index weight based on combination of AHP and entropy method .At last, the paper carried out the specific example about Changsha , Zhuzhou and Xiangtan dual -oriented society urban agglomeration to prove that the method was scientific and effective .
