服务能力是政府网站的核心绩效。为了实现对我国西部省级政府网站服务能力的科学评估，引入多元统计分析中的对应分析方法，对反映政府网站服务能力的11个指标进行对应分析。评价结果显示，我国西部地区省级政府网站服务能力呈现显著差异，并可以聚集为三类。最后在对评价结果分析的基础上提出我国西部省级政府网站服务能力发展建议，以提升政府网站的服务能力。

Service capabilities are one of the core performances of government websites .In order to scientifically evaluate service capabilities of the provincial government website in the western region , this paper introduces the corresponding ana-lytic methods in multivariate statistical analysis to evaluate 11 indicators which reflect the service capabilities of the govern-ment websites .Evaluation results show that provincial government websites of western region have significant clustering fea -ture and can be clustered into three categories .At last, through the analysis results , the paper puts forward some sugges-tions for promoting service capabilities of provincial government website .
