基于价值链活动的全过程,将延迟策略分类为产品开发延迟、采购延迟、生产延迟、物流延迟,并对每类延迟给供应链关系的影响进行全面系统分析。另外,在电子商务环境下,分别针对零售商、制造商应用延迟时的供应链关系进行探讨。

Postponement strategy was classified into product development postponement , purchasing postponement , pro-duction postponement , logistics postponement , on the basis of value chain activities .And the impact of each type of post-ponement on supply chain relationship was analyzed comprehensively and systematically .Furthermore, the supply chain re-lationship when retailer , manufacturer respectively implemented postponement strategy in e -commerce environment was discussed.
