依托中国科协技术协会调研项目“科技工作者知识产权意识调查”数据，采用基本的描述性统计和二元logistic回归模型，分析科技工作者的认知水平和意识状态对其行为结果的影响，着重讨论科技工作者的认知水平对于抑制购买盗版行为的失效表现。

This paper based on the survey data comes from the project “intellectual property consciousness of S&T profes-sionals” of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), using the basic descriptive statistics and binary logistic regression model , in order to further analyze the impact of S&T professionals ’ cognitive level and consciousness on their be-havior , and discuss the failure of S&T professionals ’ cognitive level in restraining the behavior of purchasing counterfeit products.
