为检验我国LED整体及各环节的产业结构与其绩效间是否存在相关关系，运用贝恩的产业垄断类型划分理论测量我国LED产业整体、芯片环节、封装环节、衬底环节和应用环节的市场集中度并确定其市场类型，再运用协整分析分析、 Granger因果分析分别研究我国LED产业、芯片环节、封装环节、衬底环节和应用环节的市场结构与其市场绩效的因果关系，结果表明，我国LED市场多为竞争性市场；产业整体市场结构与其绩效未呈现出显著的因果关系；芯片、封装和应用环节的市场结构显著地影响其绩效，而其绩效未显著地影响其市场结构；衬底环节呈现出双向影响关系。并提出政策建议。

In order to find out the relation between industrial structure of Chinese LED lighting industry and its perform -ance, the paper measures Chinese LED market types by applying Bain ’ s industrial monopoly classifying theory , and ana-lyzes the relations between the whole LED lighting industrial structure and its performance , and those of the main sectors.Results show that the market of China LED lighting industry is free and competitive , and there is no obvious causal relations between industrial structure and performance of the whole LED lighting industry ;as for the chips , packaging , and applica-tion sectors , industrial structure has obvious cause effects on its performance;as for the substrate sector , industrial struc-ture and performance mutually affect each other.At last, the paper proposes a suggestion in the hope of promoting China LED industry.
