目的:探讨原发性骨质疏松和糖尿病骨质疏松(DO)中骨保护素(OPG)水平的差异。方法将自然绝经妇女120例根据有无糖尿病及骨质疏松,分为DO组、糖尿病骨量正常组、糖耐量正常骨质疏松组、糖耐量正常骨量正常组,每组均为30例。采用ELISA法测定各组血清OPG。结果糖耐量正常骨质疏松组OPG比糖耐量正常骨量正常组高(P<0.01)。DO组OPG比糖尿病骨量正常组高(P<0.05)。DO组的OPG比糖耐量正常骨质疏松组的OPG高(P<0.05)。糖尿病骨量正常组OPG比糖耐量正常骨量正常组的OPG高(P<0.01)。DO组中糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及空腹血糖(FPG)与OPG呈正相关(r=0.89、0.67,P<0.05)。结论DO组OPG高,说明OPG在绝经妇女DO中可能发挥了一定作用。DO组HbA1c比糖尿病骨量正常组高,说明血糖控制情况与糖尿病患者发生骨质疏松有关。

목적:탐토원발성골질소송화당뇨병골질소송(DO)중골보호소(OPG)수평적차이。방법장자연절경부녀120례근거유무당뇨병급골질소송,분위DO조、당뇨병골량정상조、당내량정상골질소송조、당내량정상골량정상조,매조균위30례。채용ELISA법측정각조혈청OPG。결과당내량정상골질소송조OPG비당내량정상골량정상조고(P<0.01)。DO조OPG비당뇨병골량정상조고(P<0.05)。DO조적OPG비당내량정상골질소송조적OPG고(P<0.05)。당뇨병골량정상조OPG비당내량정상골량정상조적OPG고(P<0.01)。DO조중당화혈홍단백(HbA1c)급공복혈당(FPG)여OPG정정상관(r=0.89、0.67,P<0.05)。결론DO조OPG고,설명OPG재절경부녀DO중가능발휘료일정작용。DO조HbA1c비당뇨병골량정상조고,설명혈당공제정황여당뇨병환자발생골질소송유관。
Objective To investigate the difference of serum osteoprotegerin (OPG) levels between primary osteoporosis and diabetic osteoporosis. Methods One hundred twenty natural postmenopausal women were enrol ed in the study, including 30 diabetic patients with osteoporosis, 30 diabetic patients without osteoporosis, 30 non- diabetic patients with osteoporosis and 30 non- diabetic women without osteoporosis. Serum OPG levels were measured by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results OPG levels in non- diabetic patients with osteoporosis were higher than those in non- diabetic women without osteoporosis (P<0.01). OPG levels in diabetic patients with osteoporosis were higher than those in diabetic patients without os-teoporosis(P<0.05). OPG levels in diabetic patients with osteoporosis were higher than those in non- diabetic patients with osteo-porosis(P<0.05). OPG levels in diabetic patients without osteoporosis were higher than those in non- diabetic women without os-teoporosis (P<0.01). OPG levels were positively correlated with HbA1c and FPG levels (r=0.89 and 0.67, respectively;P<0.05). Conclusion Diabetic patients with osteoporosis have higher levels of serum OPG, indicating that OPG may be associated with di-abetic osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. The increased HbA1c levels in diabetic patients with osteoporosis indicate that the control of blood glucose may be important for prevention of diabetic osteoporosis.
