目的:探讨发酵虫草菌粉抗大鼠肝纤维化作用及作用机理。方法将30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和虫草组,采用40%四氯化碳(CCl4)每周2次皮下注射6周制作大鼠肝纤维化模型,经灌胃给药6周后,在麻醉状态下采血,检测大鼠血清肝功能和肝纤维化指标、基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)及金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)。结果与模型组比较,虫草组肝脏纤维化程度明显减轻,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)降低和白蛋白(ALB)升高作用明显(P<0.05),同时非常显著改善肝纤维化指标、MMP-1及TIMP-1(P<0.01)。结论发酵虫草菌粉具有抗肝纤维化作用且与升高MMP-1及降低TIMP-1有关。

목적:탐토발효충초균분항대서간섬유화작용급작용궤리。방법장30지웅성SD대서수궤분위공백조、모형조화충초조,채용40%사록화탄(CCl4)매주2차피하주사6주제작대서간섬유화모형,경관위급약6주후,재마취상태하채혈,검측대서혈청간공능화간섬유화지표、기질금속단백매-1(MMP-1)급금속단백매조직억제인자-1(TIMP-1)。결과여모형조비교,충초조간장섬유화정도명현감경,곡병전안매(ALT)강저화백단백(ALB)승고작용명현(P<0.05),동시비상현저개선간섬유화지표、MMP-1급TIMP-1(P<0.01)。결론발효충초균분구유항간섬유화작용차여승고MMP-1급강저TIMP-1유관。
Objective To study the effects and mechanism of fermented cordyceps sinensis powder (CS) on rats with hepatic fibrosis. Methods Thirty male Sprague Dawley (SD)rats were randomly divided into blank group(BG),model group(MG) and CS group. Except the rats in the BG,others were induced to hepatic fibrosis by subcutaneous injection of 40% carbon tetrachloride (CCL4)twice a week for 6 weeks. Then,rats were administered with CS via stomach-tube-pouting for 6 weeks. At the end of ex-periment,all rats were drew blood under anesthesia,the serum indexes of hepatic function and fibrosis,matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) was measured. Results Compared with MG,CS significantly re-duced hepatic fibrosis degree and alanine aminotransferase (ALT),the albumin (ALB) were significantly increased (P<0.05),at the same time very significantly improve hepatic fibrosis indexes,MMP-1 and TIMP-1(P<0.01). Conclusion The results demonstrated that CS had effects of anti-hepatic fibrosis and the mechanism involve with rose MMP-1 and reduced TIMP-1.
