目的：探讨益气通阳、化痰祛瘀法对家兔扩张型心肌病模型心脏功能的影响。方法将48只家兔随机分成6组，分别为正常对照组、扩张型心肌病（DCM）模型组、卡托普利治疗组、中药方低、中、高剂量组。除正常组外，其余5组均以阿霉素静脉注射8w，2次/w，后4w同时灌胃给药和蒸馏水，1次/d。实验结束时比较各组心脏结构及功能的变化。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组心功能明显下降（P<0.05）,卡托普利及中药方低、中、高剂量组均可改善左心功能（P<0.01）,各治疗组间无明显差异。结论益气通阳、化痰祛瘀法能改善阿霉素所致家兔扩张型心肌病模型的心功能。
목적：탐토익기통양、화담거어법대가토확장형심기병모형심장공능적영향。방법장48지가토수궤분성6조，분별위정상대조조、확장형심기병（DCM）모형조、잡탁보리치료조、중약방저、중、고제량조。제정상조외，기여5조균이아매소정맥주사8w，2차/w，후4w동시관위급약화증류수，1차/d。실험결속시비교각조심장결구급공능적변화。결과여정상대조조비교,모형조심공능명현하강（P<0.05）,잡탁보리급중약방저、중、고제량조균가개선좌심공능（P<0.01）,각치료조간무명현차이。결론익기통양、화담거어법능개선아매소소치가토확장형심기병모형적심공능。
Objective:to explore the ef ects of Tonifying Qi and Unblocking Yang to Resolve phlegm and Dispel stasis on cardiac function of rabbits model with dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods:Forty-eight rabbits were assigned randomly into six groups :normal group,model group, Capotopril-treating group,low dose ,middle dose and high dose Chinese medicine decoction.Except of the normal group, the others were given Doxorubicin by intravenous injection twice per week for eight weeks. The Drugs and distil ed water were given to each group in the lat er four weeks. Cardiac structure and function were measured and comparatively analyzed at the end of the experiment. Results:Compared with normal group,the cardiac function of model group decreased significantly (P<0.05).While the cardiac dysfunction were improved significantly in al treating groups .The dif erences among the treating groups were not significant. Chinese medicine decoction and Captopril can prevent cardiac left ventricular remodeling and decrease left ventricular fibrosis. Conclusions:Chinese medicine decoction can improve cardiac function.
