目的：探讨24 h动态脑电图（AEEG）在儿童睡眠障碍中的应用价值。方法对38例拟诊睡眠障碍患儿行24h动态脑电图（AEEG）监测，对24 h动态脑电图（AEEG）与常规脑电图（REEG）异常率进行对比。结果38例患儿，AEEG异常例18例（47.4%），REEG异常例5例（13.2%），两者比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论24 h动态脑电图（AEEG）对确诊儿童睡眠障碍及鉴别睡眠相关性癫痫具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the value of 24h active electroencephalogram (AEEG) in children with sleep disorders. MethodsThirty-eight children with sleep disorders were recruited in the study.24h AEEG and routine electroencephalogram (REEG) were compared and analyzed in children. Results Eighteen cases appeared abnormal 24h AEEG among 38 cases (47.4%).Five cases appeared abnormal REEG among 38 cases (13.2%).There were significant dif erence when compared with each other (P<0.05). Conclusions 24h AEEG is very useful in the diagnosis of sleep disorders and in distinguishing from nocturnal paroxysmal epilepsy.
