在临床教学中通过对医学生进行医患沟通技巧的讲解和培训，对比培训前后医学生在说服患者的能力、解释问题的能力、采集病史的能力及获得患者信任度的差异，结果显示经过培训，医学生在这四方面的能力明显提高。

By the means of explaining and training the doctor-patient communication skil s to medical students in clinical teaching, comparing the ability of medical student to persuade patients and the ability to explain problems and the ability to col ect medical history and the ability to win the patients' trust before and after the training. Results showed that after training, obviously improve the ability of medical students in the four aspects.
