目的：探讨阴式彩超在输卵管积水诊断中的应用价值。方法将本院65例进行阴式彩超及腹部彩超检查输卵管积水患者的与病理报告和手术结果进行比较。结果阴式彩超诊断准确率为93.85%（61/65），腹部彩超为76.92%（50/65），两种诊断方式准确率比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.459，P＜0.05）。6例合并子宫肌瘤阴式彩超诊断出5例，误诊1例；腹部彩超诊断出2例，误诊4例。2例合并卵巢囊肿阴式彩超诊断出1例，腹部彩超均误诊；合并子宫腺肌症及盆腔静脉曲张各1例，阴式彩超均明确诊断，腹部彩超均误诊。结论经阴式彩超对输卵管积水进行诊断，可以较准确地显示出包块形态、位置、大小以及内部回声等情况，不仅诊断准确率高，而且在合并妇科疾病诊断时有一定优势。
목적：탐토음식채초재수란관적수진단중적응용개치。방법장본원65례진행음식채초급복부채초검사수란관적수환자적여병리보고화수술결과진행비교。결과음식채초진단준학솔위93.85%（61/65），복부채초위76.92%（50/65），량충진단방식준학솔비교차이유통계학의의（χ2=7.459，P＜0.05）。6례합병자궁기류음식채초진단출5례，오진1례；복부채초진단출2례，오진4례。2례합병란소낭종음식채초진단출1례，복부채초균오진；합병자궁선기증급분강정맥곡장각1례，음식채초균명학진단，복부채초균오진。결론경음식채초대수란관적수진행진단，가이교준학지현시출포괴형태、위치、대소이급내부회성등정황，불부진단준학솔고，이차재합병부과질병진단시유일정우세。
Objective Discussion after . Results After the vagina color ultra diagnosis rate is 93.85%(61/64),after the abdomen color ultra diagnosis rate is 76.92%(50/65),the dif erence was statistical y significant(x2=7.459,P<0.05).6 patients with uterine fibroids vaginal ultrasound diagnosed five cases of misdiagnosis; abdominal ultrasonography diagnosed in 2 cases, 4 cases were misdiagnosed. 2 patients with ovarian cysts vaginal ultrasound diagnosed cases, abdominal ultrasonography were misdiagnosed; merger adenomyosis and pelvic varices in 1 case, vaginal ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis, abdominal ultrasonography were misdiagnosed. Conclusion Is high after the vagina color ultra resolution,can the clear display womb,the ovary and an appendix area package of block. Also can prompt Bao Kuai accurately the size,the position,the shape as wel as internal echo situation,the diagnosis rate of accuracy is higher than after the abdomen color surpasses.
