本文以波形刃可转位面铣刀片为研究对象分析了Ti6Al4V合金铣削加工过程中刀具的受力状态。通过有限元模拟与铣削实验相结合的方法研究了不同加工条件下刀具切削力的变化情况。结果表明:在Ti6Al4V合金的铣削加工过程中,切削力随着切削速度的增加而降低,随着进给量的增高而明显增大。

The cutting force during the milling process of Ti6Al4V with waved-edge indexable milling inserts was researched. The effect of different cutting parameters on the cutting force was studied by FEM (finite element method) method combined with the milling experiments. The results indicated that the cutting force reduced with the increasing cutting speed and elevated with the increasing feed rate during the milling process of the Ti6Al4V alloy.
