目的：评价性分析PFAN在治疗老年患者股骨转子间出现骨折的效果和应用。方法：收治股骨转子骨折老年患者69例，主要采用回顾性分析治疗资料，观察骨折患者的愈合情况和功能的恢复情况。结果：经过对69例患者进行手术治疗以及后期的随访，其中随访达到6～15个月的患者33例，平均随访时间(8.5±1.8)个月；随访时间3～6个月的患者36例，平均随访时间(4.5±1.2)月，所有患者经过髋关节评分测定之后，优61例，良7例，可1例，则优良率98.55%。结论：经过PFAN治疗老年患者的股骨转子骨折具有创伤小、优良率高的特点。

목적：평개성분석PFAN재치료노년환자고골전자간출현골절적효과화응용。방법：수치고골전자골절노년환자69례，주요채용회고성분석치료자료，관찰골절환자적유합정황화공능적회복정황。결과：경과대69례환자진행수술치료이급후기적수방，기중수방체도6～15개월적환자33례，평균수방시간(8.5±1.8)개월；수방시간3～6개월적환자36례，평균수방시간(4.5±1.2)월，소유환자경과관관절평분측정지후，우61례，량7례，가1례，칙우량솔98.55%。결론：경과PFAN치료노년환자적고골전자골절구유창상소、우량솔고적특점。
Objective:To analyze the effect and application of PFAN in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.Methods:69 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were selected,their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.We observed the recovery of healing and function of patients with fracture.Results:69 patients were treated by operation and were followed up.The follow-up time of 33 cases was 6 to 15 months,average follow-up time was 8.5 ± 1.8 months;the follow-up time of 36 cases was 3 to 6 months,average follow-up time was 4.5±1.2 months.All patients were measured by hip score,61 cases were excellent,7 cases were good,1 case were moderate,the excellent and good rate was 98.55%.Conclusion:There are many characteristics of PFAN in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly,such as small trauma and higher excellent and good rate.
