目的:比较数字化塑形钛网颅骨修补术与传统钛网颅骨修补术修补颅骨缺损的效果。方法将76例术后颅骨缺损的患者分为两组,分别进行数字化塑形钛网颅骨修补术与传统钛网修补术。通过比较两组手术时间、固定钛钉的数目、术后并发症(感染、皮下积液、钛钉松动或脱落等)发生率等来评判不同手术方式的优劣。结果数字化塑形钛网修补组患者的手术时间、固定钛钉的数目、术后并发症发生率相比传统钛网修补组患者均明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(分别有t=8.39,t=11.82,χ2=7.37,P均<0.05)。结论数字化塑形钛网颅骨修补术相比传统钛网颅骨修补术具有手术时间短、固定钛钉需要少、术后并发症发生率低等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the two type reconstructions of cranial defect cranioplasty, using digital moulding titanium net or conventional titanium net. Methods A total of 76 patients with cranial defects were divided into two groups. One group (group A) recevied reconstruction of cranial defect cranioplasty using digital moulding titanium net,the other group (group B) recevied conventional titanium net. Two methods were evaluated through comparing the time of surgery,the amounts of titanium bolts and the rate of complications (such as postoperative infection,subcutaneous fluidify, titanium bolts loosing or shedding) ocurring. Results The group A had shorter surgery time ,fewer titanium bolts and lower rate of complications ocurring than the group B. The dif erences were statistical y significant (t=8.39,t=11.82,X2=7.37,P<0.05). Conclusions The reconstruction of cranial defect cranioplasty using digital moulding titanium net has the merits,such as shorter surgery time,fewer titanium bolts and lower rate of complications ocurring,compared using conventional titanium net.And it can be used extensively in clinic.
