研究了从某含银酸浸液中回收银,考察了沉银试剂类型及加入量、反应温度、体系pH、反应时间对银回收率的影响,确定了较优工艺参数。试验结果表明,在饱和亚硫酸钠溶液用量为15%、反应温度为70℃、体系p H为2.0、反应时间9 h条件下,银回收率为98.14%。
研究瞭從某含銀痠浸液中迴收銀,攷察瞭沉銀試劑類型及加入量、反應溫度、體繫pH、反應時間對銀迴收率的影響,確定瞭較優工藝參數。試驗結果錶明,在飽和亞硫痠鈉溶液用量為15%、反應溫度為70℃、體繫p H為2.0、反應時間9 h條件下,銀迴收率為98.14%。
연구료종모함은산침액중회수은,고찰료침은시제류형급가입량、반응온도、체계pH、반응시간대은회수솔적영향,학정료교우공예삼수。시험결과표명,재포화아류산납용액용량위15%、반응온도위70℃、체계p H위2.0、반응시간9 h조건하,은회수솔위98.14%。
Recovery silver from a silver-containing acid leaching solution has been researched .The effects of precipitation agent and its dosage ,reaction temperature ,system pH and reaction time on recovery rate of silver were examined .The optimal conditions were determined .The results show that under the conditions of saturated sodium sulfite solution accounting for the acid leaching solution volume of 15% ,reaction temperature of 70 ℃ ,system pH of 2 .0 and reaction time of 9 hours ,the recovery rate of silver is 98 .14% .
