目的:利用高周波诱导加热技术在钛板表面进行碳化改性,并对其机械物理性能进行探讨。方法用扫描电子显微镜观察了碳化改性钛板的表面及断面形貌;用X射线衍射仪对表面碳化层的组成进行了分析;用维氏硬度仪检测渗碳层的硬度。结果碳化改性处理后在钛板表面形成了约3μm碳化钛层;碳化钛层硬度最高可达2610 H V。结论使用高周波诱导加热技术在钛板表面进行碳化改性,为其作为耐磨损性材料应用于齿科种植体领域提供了理论依据。
目的:利用高週波誘導加熱技術在鈦闆錶麵進行碳化改性,併對其機械物理性能進行探討。方法用掃描電子顯微鏡觀察瞭碳化改性鈦闆的錶麵及斷麵形貌;用X射線衍射儀對錶麵碳化層的組成進行瞭分析;用維氏硬度儀檢測滲碳層的硬度。結果碳化改性處理後在鈦闆錶麵形成瞭約3μm碳化鈦層;碳化鈦層硬度最高可達2610 H V。結論使用高週波誘導加熱技術在鈦闆錶麵進行碳化改性,為其作為耐磨損性材料應用于齒科種植體領域提供瞭理論依據。

Objective Carbide layer was formed on the surface of Ti by heating in hydrocarbon atmosphere (benzene C6 H6 ) at 1 000 ℃using high frequency induction heating method .Physical and mechanical properties of carbide coated Ti were investigated to examine its potential as an abrasion-resistant implant material .Methods The morphology of the carburized surface was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) .The constituents and phase structure of the carburized surface was determined by X-ray diffraction(XRD) .Abrasion-resistant of the carburized surface was evaluated using the Vickers hardness test and Martens scratch test .Results Carbide layer of about 3 μm thickness was observed on the cross section of specimens by SEM .The Vickers hardness of surface carbide was more than 2 000 .Conclusion These results showed that the surface-carbide Ti would be suitable for abrasion-resistant implant material such as for an abutment part of dental implant .
