目的:探讨CCU噪声污染对患者的影响及干预效果。方法将132例患者按照入住CCU顺序,分为观察组、对照组各66例,对照组在入住CCU期间给予常规护理措施,观察组则给予噪声干预措施。监测两组患者的心率、血压的变化;并于转出CCU当天,使用Zung’s焦虑自评量表、舒适状况量表、深睡眠指数评估表对患者的焦虑、舒适、睡眠状况进行评价。结果转出CCU当天,观察组的心率、收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组(P<0.05),其焦虑得分、舒适度及深睡眠指数明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CCU噪声污染干预可降低患者的生理心理应激反应,减少对心血管系统的危害,提高患者的舒适度和睡眠质量。

목적:탐토CCU조성오염대환자적영향급간예효과。방법장132례환자안조입주CCU순서,분위관찰조、대조조각66례,대조조재입주CCU기간급여상규호리조시,관찰조칙급여조성간예조시。감측량조환자적심솔、혈압적변화;병우전출CCU당천,사용Zung’s초필자평량표、서괄상황량표、심수면지수평고표대환자적초필、서괄、수면상황진행평개。결과전출CCU당천,관찰조적심솔、수축압、서장압명현저우대조조(P<0.05),기초필득분、서괄도급심수면지수명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론 CCU조성오염간예가강저환자적생리심리응격반응,감소대심혈관계통적위해,제고환자적서괄도화수면질량。
Objective To discuss the influence of noise pollution on patients in CCU and its intervention effect. Methods Totally 132 patients were divided into observation group and control group equally. There was no intervention for noise pollution in control group while there was in observation group. Patients ’ change of heart rate and blood pressure was monitored. After patients ’ referral, Zung’s Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), General Comfort Questionnaire, the Deep Sleep Scale were applied to collect information of patients’ anxiety, comfort and sleep. Results At the day of patients’ referral from CCU, heart rate and blood pressure in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05), and patients’ anxiety and comfort score, deep sleep index all indicated patients in observation group had better sleep(P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention for noise pollution in CCU is effective for reducing patients ’ psychological and physiological response and the hurt for cardiovascular system then eventually improving patients’ sleep quality.
