针对现有冰冻灾害条件下配网供电可靠性评估方法中尚未考虑到天气恶化情况的连续性这一问题,提出一种基于气象参数连续性的配电网可靠性评估方法。首先,用易测量的常规气象参数描述冰冻灾害给线路带来的气象载荷。然后,结合系统元件的质量分布情况,并将其与线路设计标准相结合,推导并根据统计数据拟合出气象载荷与线路故障概率之间的关系,建立了冰冻灾害中考虑不同设计标准的线路故障概率模型。最后,利用Matlab仿真平台模拟气象参数的变化情况,对RT-ETST系统中母线2上的配电系统所承受的气象载荷变化情况进行了分析,并对各负荷节点的供电可靠性进行了评估。

Concerning to the problem that the continuity of freezing disaster has not been considered when evaluating distribution system power supply reliability, a new distribution reliability evaluation method considering the continuity of meteorological parameters is proposed. Firstly, the term “meteorological load” is defined to describe the influence of freezing disaster on the distribution system with the conventional meteorological parameters which are easily measured. Secondly, considering the quality distribution of system components and then combining them with design standard of line, the model deducts the relationship between the components reliability and the meteorological load based on the statistical data. The line fault probability model is established considering different design criteria in freezing disaster. Thirdly, the meteorological parameters variation is simulated and the meteorological load variation that the distribution system of bus 2 in RT-ETST bears is analyzed based on MATLAB simulation platform. The power supply reliability of every load point is evaluated.
