针对配用电通信网络薄弱、业务多、网络延时和拥塞严重等问题,提出一种基于层次分析判断矩阵的配用电通信业务模型。该模型首先对配用电通信业务进行需求分析,通过求解准则层和业务层的判断矩阵,得到相应判断矩阵的最大特征根和特征向量,其中判断矩阵描述了业务准则的相互关系。而相应的特征向量和准则权值向量的乘积,则表示配用电业务的综合业务权重,反映了配用电业务的重要性。在配用电通信网的智能资源分配过程中,优先给业务权重较大的业务分配资源;仿真结果表明了该方案可以提高配用电业务的通信实时性,减少通信网络的拥塞程度。

The power distribution and utilization network has many problems, such as more business, weak communication network and so on, which has resulted in network delay and serious congestion as well as poor reliability and real-time. This paper presents a communication business model of power distribution and utilization based on the analytic hierarchy judgment matrix. Firstly, requirements of power distribution and utilization communication business are analyzed;then, by solving the judgment matrix of rule layer and business layer separately, two different groups of the largest eigenvalue and corresponding eigenvectors are obtained, and the judgment matrix is used to describe the relationship between different businesses criteria. The product of the matrix composed by judgment matrix eigenvectors and eigenvectors of criteria layer indicates the integrated business weight of power distribution and utilization business, which reflects the importance of the power distribution and utilization business. The model is used in electrical communication network for intelligent resource allocation. In the process of business communication, the business of larger weight is transmitted first. The simulation results show the scheme can improve the real-time performance and reduce the congestion degree of communication network.
