华法林是临床应用最广泛的口服抗凝药物之一。但由于其有效治疗范围窄,个体差异大,所以如何安全、合理使用华法林成为研究者关注的重点和难点。近年来的研究发现,基因多态性决定了华法林有效治疗剂量的个体差异。本文拟从CYP2C9、VKORC1及APOE等基因多态性方面阐述华法林对个体用药的影响。
華法林是臨床應用最廣汎的口服抗凝藥物之一。但由于其有效治療範圍窄,箇體差異大,所以如何安全、閤理使用華法林成為研究者關註的重點和難點。近年來的研究髮現,基因多態性決定瞭華法林有效治療劑量的箇體差異。本文擬從CYP2C9、VKORC1及APOE等基因多態性方麵闡述華法林對箇體用藥的影響。

Warfarin is one of the most widely prescribed oral anticoagulation in clinical practice. Since it has a narrow therapeutic range but a large individual variation,how to use it rational y and safely has been becoming a key problem in clinical practice.In recent years,the study found that the genetic polymorphisms which determined the individual dif erences of warfarin dose ef ective treatment. We reviewd the influences of genetic polymorphisms,such as CYP2C9、VKORC1 and APOE,on individualized medication of warfarin.
