首先借助种子乳液聚合手段,以苯乙烯、二乙烯苯为混合单体,在致孔剂存在下制备出壳具有微通道的聚苯乙烯核壳结构模板微球。利用该模板,通过毛细管力对导电聚合物单体进行充分吸附,利用溶液聚合制备了表面包覆均匀的有机导电聚合物(聚吡咯、聚苯胺)包覆聚苯乙烯复合微球,导电率达到5.5×10-5 S/cm左右。并成功利用水溶性很差、且在水体系中难以聚合的噻吩单体,通过相转移催化实现了对模板微球的包覆,得到表面形貌独特的聚噻吩包覆聚苯乙烯复合微球。

In this paper,polystyrene (PS)core-shell template particles with microchannels in shell were pre-pared through seed-polymerization by using mixed monomers of styrene (St)and divinyl benzene (DVB)with PS seeds emulsion firstly.Using the template particles,organic conductive polymers(OCPs)-coated PS com-posite particles were synthesized under capillary force through solution polymerization of polypyrrole (PPy)and polyaniline (PANI),and the conductivity of the particles was about 5.5×10-5S/cm.Furthermore,the nano-composite particle of PS/PTh was synthesized using thiophene(Th)chemical oxidative polymerization through phase transfer catalysis method.The overlayers of the core-shell PS/PTh composite spheres have diverse sur-face morphology.
