采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Co掺杂TiO2光催化剂,并用浸渍法对其表面进行 SO2-4修饰,借助于 X射线衍射(XRD)、红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)及紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)等分析手段对所制备的催化剂进行表征,并对其光催化分解水制氢性能进行了研究。结果表明,Co掺杂TiO2显示出明显的可见光响应,对其表面进行 SO2-4修饰能进一步提升其光催化活性。当Co掺杂量为2.0%(原子分数),SO2-4的修饰量为8.0%(质量分数),焙烧温度为500℃时,所制催化剂催化活性最高,其产氢速率为171.3μmol/h。

In the paper cobalt (Co)doped titania (TiO2 )powder was prepared by sol-gel method,and its surface was modified with SO2-4 by the impregnation method later.The as-prepared powder was characterized by the techniques such as X-ray diffractometer,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectrophotometer.In addition,its photocatalytic activity for splitting water was investigated.The results show that Co doped TiO2 presents an obvious visible light response,and the modification of SO2-4 on its surface can enhance the photocatalytic activity of samples.The rate of hydrogen production was up to 1 7 1 .3μmol/h with Co doped TiO2 catalyst which contains 2.0at% Co and its surface was modified with 8.0wt% SO2-4 ,being calcined at 500℃.
