多媒体在健美操教学中是通过作用于人的感觉器官，直观而又逼真地展示教学内容的一种有效教学手段，它能够在有限的时间里，充分展示全面的教学信息，便捷实用。但是，过分依赖多媒体教学也会限制了健美操教学的发展。本文运用文献资料发、观察法、及调查研究等方法，对多媒体在健美操教学中应用的优点及缺点进行了阐述，得出：多媒体教学中应注意理论与实际相结合，传统教学与多媒体教学相结合，使多媒体应用于健美操教学中发挥出更大的辅助作用。

Multimedia via effects on human sense organs in aerobics teaching,show teaching content intuitively and vividly An effective teaching methods,it can in the limited time,fully display the comprehensive teaching information,convenient and practical.However,excessive dependence on multimedia teaching will also limit the development of Aerobics teaching.In this paper,by using the method of literature,observation, and research,draw on the advantages and disadvantages of multimedia in aerobics teaching application are expounded,:should pay attention to the combination of theory and practice of multimedia teaching,the traditional teaching and multimedia teaching are combined,the multi media applied in aerobics teaching play an auxiliary more important role.
