MeiChangAn capsules%Helicobacter pylori%Eradication
目的:观察美常安(枯草杆菌、屎肠球菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊)在根除幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)治疗中对根除率及不良反应的影响。方法230例 H.pylori感染患者,随机分为两组:A组(雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林)、B组(三联组+美常安),疗程均为14 d。治疗结束4 w后行14C-尿素呼气试验,阴性者判断为 H.pylori根除,随诊并记录患者药物不良反应。结果 A 、B 两组根除H.pylori 效果相近。根除率分别为91.96%和93.22%(P>0.05);B组胃肠道不良反应少于 A组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论美常安能够提高三联根除疗法的根除率并降低胃肠道不良反应,但与三联根除疗法无显著性差异。

목적:관찰미상안(고초간균、시장구균이련활균장용효낭)재근제유문라간균(H.pylori)치료중대근제솔급불량반응적영향。방법230례 H.pylori감염환자,수궤분위량조:A조(뢰패랍서、극랍매소、아막서림)、B조(삼련조+미상안),료정균위14 d。치료결속4 w후행14C-뇨소호기시험,음성자판단위 H.pylori근제,수진병기록환자약물불량반응。결과 A 、B 량조근제H.pylori 효과상근。근제솔분별위91.96%화93.22%(P>0.05);B조위장도불량반응소우 A조,단무현저성차이(P>0.05)。결론미상안능구제고삼련근제요법적근제솔병강저위장도불량반응,단여삼련근제요법무현저성차이。
Objective To observate Mei Chang An capsules in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori eradication on eradication rates and adverse ef ects. Methods 230 cases of H.pylori infection were randomly divided into two groups: A group (rabeprazole, clarithromycin, amoxicil in), B group (triplets + Mei Chang An capsules).The course of treatment was 14 days. Outcome of eradication therapy was assessed by14C-urea breath test performed at least 4 weeks after the end of treatment,14C-UBTshowed negative means H.pylori was eradicated,otherwise,means failed.Patients were fol owed up and documented adverse drug reactions. Results A, B groups similar ef ect H.pylori eradication. Eradication rates were 91.96%and 93.22% (P>0. 05).Gastrointestinal adverse reactions in group B than in group A, but no significant dif erence (P>0. 05). Conclusion Mei Chang An capsules can improve eradication rates and lower gastrointestinal adverse reactions, but with triple eradication therapy no significant dif erence.
