目的：编制适用于护理人员的膳食营养知-信-行问卷。方法随机选取100例护理人员进行调查，采用鉴别指数法、t检验法、相关分析法、因子分析法、离散趋势法和Cronbach'sα系数法进行条目筛选。结果构建了3个维度，分别为知识、态度和行为，被选入各维度的条目总数分别为15、7和6。结论该问卷具有较强的代表性、可操作性及适用性，可用于护理人员膳食营养知-信-行的测量。
목적：편제괄용우호리인원적선식영양지-신-행문권。방법수궤선취100례호리인원진행조사，채용감별지수법、t검험법、상관분석법、인자분석법、리산추세법화Cronbach'sα계수법진행조목사선。결과구건료3개유도，분별위지식、태도화행위，피선입각유도적조목총수분별위15、7화6。결론해문권구유교강적대표성、가조작성급괄용성，가용우호리인원선식영양지-신-행적측량。
Objective To develop a nutrition knowledge,at itude and practice questionnaire of nurses. Methods 100 nursing staf were selected randomly to investigate, the identification index method, t test, correlation analysis, factor analysis, discrete tendency and Cronbach 's alpha coef icient method were used to select items. Results three dimension are built which are knowledge, at itude and practice respectively, the number of items of each dimension are 15, 7 and 6 respectively through item selection. Conclusion the questionnaire, which has strong Representativeness, operability and applicability, can be used for the nursing staf nutrition knowledge,at itude and practice measurement.
