目的：探讨在新政策医药分家的大趋势下，医院制剂的命运和走向。方法采用定量研究与深度访谈、实地考查与文献查阅相结合方法。结果调查中发现医院制剂的生产使用量有增无减，越来越多的人使用这种根据经典验方而生产的医院制剂，但是大多数医院的制剂室条件都相对比较落后，并且大多都在亏损状态。结论建议政府财政部门给予财政补贴，税务部门减免税率，以确保制剂室在激烈的市场经济竞争调价下能够生存下来，生产出种类更多、质量更高的制剂，为人类身体健康做出贡献，进一步推动中医药事业的发展。
목적：탐토재신정책의약분가적대추세하，의원제제적명운화주향。방법채용정량연구여심도방담、실지고사여문헌사열상결합방법。결과조사중발현의원제제적생산사용량유증무감，월래월다적인사용저충근거경전험방이생산적의원제제，단시대다수의원적제제실조건도상대비교락후，병차대다도재우손상태。결론건의정부재정부문급여재정보첩，세무부문감면세솔，이학보제제실재격렬적시장경제경쟁조개하능구생존하래，생산출충류경다、질량경고적제제，위인류신체건강주출공헌，진일보추동중의약사업적발전。
Objective: Under the growing trend of separation between hospitals and medicine, the thesis aims to explore the destiny and direction of hospital preparations. Methods:This thesis mainly employs quantitative study method as wel as Intensive Interviews, on-site examination and critical review of literatures. Results:The surveys show that hospital preparations are increasing on production capacity for that more and more people are inclined to consume them which are based on classic prescriptions. However, equipment and conditions in most hospitals are relatively backward and most of those hospitals are in the red. Conclusion:it is recommended that subsidy should be given by Departments of Finance under people's governments and tax should be derated by tax department in order to ensure that Drug Manufacturing Room is able to survive and to produce preparations with more higher quality in the fierce competition of price adjustment of market economy so that it is in the position to make a significant contribution to care human health, and even further promote the development of TCM cause.
