目的：采用PDCA循环法加强门诊手术室感染管理，减少感染的发生。方法对门诊手术室感染管理存在的问题进行分析，拟定计划，落实措施，实施检查，总结反馈。结果实施PDCA循环法后，我院门诊手术室感染管理各项措施落实到位，有效地预防和控制门诊手术室的感染。结论运用PDCA循环法对于提高门诊手术室感染管理质量、减少感染的发生具有积极作用。

Objective To intensify the management of infection control in outpatient surgical room by using the PDCA cycle method,to prevent the occurrence of infection. Methods Analyze the problems in the management of infection control in outpatient surgical room,make a plan,carry out the measures,supervise the practice,then feedback. Results After taken up above methods,al measures had been put in practice, the infection in outpatient surgical room can be prevented and control ed ef ectively. Conclusion PDCA for outpatient surgical room infection management improve the management quality and prevent the occurrence of infection.
