目的：观察聚焦超声联合中药完带汤治疗宫颈炎症相关疾病的临床疗效。方法我院门诊符合条件的宫颈炎症相关疾病的患者分为治疗组（聚焦超声联合中药完带汤治疗）和对照组（聚焦超声治疗）各50例。比较治疗疗效。结果两组总有效率无差异（P>0.05）。两组治疗后体征改善无差异（P>0.05），治疗组治疗后症状改善优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论①聚焦超声治疗宫颈炎症相关疾病疗效确切，是一种值得推广的方法。②聚焦超声联合中药完带汤的治疗对于改善宫颈炎症相关疾病患者的临床症状有显著效果。
목적：관찰취초초성연합중약완대탕치료궁경염증상관질병적림상료효。방법아원문진부합조건적궁경염증상관질병적환자분위치료조（취초초성연합중약완대탕치료）화대조조（취초초성치료）각50례。비교치료료효。결과량조총유효솔무차이（P>0.05）。량조치료후체정개선무차이（P>0.05），치료조치료후증상개선우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론①취초초성치료궁경염증상관질병료효학절，시일충치득추엄적방법。②취초초성연합중약완대탕적치료대우개선궁경염증상관질병환자적림상증상유현저효과。
Objective Observation focused ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine Waidai Decoction in the treatment of cervical inflammation-related diseases clinical curative ef ect. Methods:Choose the patients from the outpatient department in accordance with the conditions of the cervical inflammation-related diseases.Divided into the treatment group ( focused ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine Wandai decoction treatment) and the control group ( focused ultrasound in the treatment of 50 cases ). Compared two groups of curative ef ect. Results:two groups' total ef ective rates were not statistical y significant (P>0.05). The two groups after treating signs not statistical y significant dif erence compared score (P>0.05), the symptoms improve after treatment in treatment group bet er than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion ①the focused ultrasound therapy in cervical inflammation-related diseases curative ef ect, it is a recommendable method. ②Focused ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine Wandai decoction treatment for improvement of cervical inflammation-related diseases patients clinical symptoms have a significant ef ect.
