目的：探讨降钙素原（PCT）联合C反应蛋白（CRP）水平在肾移植患者术后感染诊断中的临床价值。方法通过ELFA（酶联荧光分析）技术检测血清样本中的PCT浓度，用免疫比浊法检出CRP水平。结果肾移植患者术后细菌感染组PCT水平明显高于急性排斥反应组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。 PCT的特异性和准确性高于CRP。结论与CRP水平相比， PCT测定可为肾移植术后细菌感染严重程度提供更准确的诊断依据及治疗价值。
목적：탐토강개소원（PCT）연합C반응단백（CRP）수평재신이식환자술후감염진단중적림상개치。방법통과ELFA（매련형광분석）기술검측혈청양본중적PCT농도，용면역비탁법검출CRP수평。결과신이식환자술후세균감염조PCT수평명현고우급성배척반응조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。 PCT적특이성화준학성고우CRP。결론여CRP수평상비， PCT측정가위신이식술후세균감염엄중정도제공경준학적진단의거급치료개치。
Objective To investigate the value of procalcitonin ( PCT) and C-reactive protein(CRP) level on the diagnosis of infection after renal transplantation. Methods PCT concentrations were measured by an Enzyme Link Fluorescence Assay (ELFA). CRP concentrations were measured by immunoturbidimetry. Results:The level of PCT in infection group was significantly in infection group higher than that in AR group (P<0. 01) . The specificity and accuracy of PCT was higher than CRP. Conclusions Compared with the level of CRP,the changes of plasma PCT level was more sensitive to severe bacterial infection after renal transplantation.
