研究目的:城市密集的环境使得高层建筑越来越多,高层建筑群桩基础沉降对周边环境影响日益受到重视。但目前,群桩沉降计算方法多仅针对群桩自身沉降,而对群桩周围土体沉降研究较少。该文旨在建立一种方法,可通过群桩自身沉降推导群桩周围土体位移场,以便分析高层建筑物对周围环境的影响。研究结论:通过将群桩等代为一个大单桩,群桩对周围土体的作用可简化为大单桩侧表面上的面荷载和分布在大单桩底面的面荷载。基于大单桩模型,可求得群桩自身沉降以及群桩周围的沉降场。对比分析了有限元方法与等代单桩方法的计算差异。提出了利用群桩自身沉降估算群桩周围地表沉降的沉降比方法。为验证该文方法,对上海某高层建筑的自身沉降和桩周土体沉降进行计算分析并与实测数据进行对比。结果表明等代单桩方法可以很好的计算群桩自身沉降以及群桩周围的沉降场,而沉降比方法可较好的利用已知桩基自身沉降来估算群桩周围的地面沉降。

Reseach purposes:Urban development involves the construction of high-rise buildings that require deep foundation.The influence of foundation settlement to nearby environment was focused.But most foundation settle-ment prediction method only focused on the building itself.There was few ways to calculate the surrounding settle-ment.In the present paper,it is aimed to further the understanding of ground subsidence due to the additional loading of high-rise building groups.A new method to analysis displacement distribution of single pile groups was established. Reseach conclusions:While the pile group is equivalent to a big single pile;the effect on the surrounding soil has been simulated as the face loading on side surfaces and bottom surface.Based on the model of the single pile,the pile group settlement and settlement distribution of surrounding soil are obtained.The comparison of the equivalent single pile method and fem has been discussed.The method of settlement ratio has been introduced which aimed to calculate the ground settlement around the pile group based on the self-settlement of pile group.Using the present methods,the pile foundation settlement and surrounding soil settlement were calculated and compared with the measurement data.It is verified that the equivalent single pile method is accuracy for compute pile foundation settlement and surrounding soil settlement.At the same time,the settlement ratio method can be used for measure the ground settlement induced by pile group while the self-settlement of pile group is known.
