目的：探讨全过程管理方法在基层医院消毒供应中心工作管理的应用效果。方法2012年1月~12月我院消毒供应中心实施全过程的管理方法，即对整个工作中出现的薄弱环节进行分析，并提出和实施整改措施，年末进行质量评价，并将评价结果与2011年1月~12月进行对比分析。结果实施全过程管理后，与上一年同期相比，消毒供应中心的总体工作和服务水平都有了明显提高，基本可以满足临床需求，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论实施全过程管理，可使消毒供应中心工作的服务、效率、质量、安全等得到有效改善。

목적：탐토전과정관리방법재기층의원소독공응중심공작관리적응용효과。방법2012년1월~12월아원소독공응중심실시전과정적관리방법，즉대정개공작중출현적박약배절진행분석，병제출화실시정개조시，년말진행질량평개，병장평개결과여2011년1월~12월진행대비분석。결과실시전과정관리후，여상일년동기상비，소독공응중심적총체공작화복무수평도유료명현제고，기본가이만족림상수구，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론실시전과정관리，가사소독공응중심공작적복무、효솔、질량、안전등득도유효개선。
Objective To explore the application ef ect of sterilization and supply center work in grass-roots hospital management of the whole process management. Method:Sterilization and supply center in our hospital in 2012 January-12 months of the implementation of the whole process management method,namely the work of the weak links in the analysis,and propose and implement rectification measures,at the end of the year, quality evaluation, and the evaluation results and the 2011 January -12 months were analyzed.The Results of the implementation of the whole process management,compared with the same period last year,the overal work and service level of sterilization and supply center have improved markedly,basic can meet the clinical demand,P<0.05,there was statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of the entire process of management,can make the sterilization and supply center service,ef iciency,quality,safety can be ef ectively improved.
