目的：观察并探讨运用前臂皮瓣对舌癌根治患者进行舌体再造的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2008年2月~2011年2月间收治的28例舌癌根治术后采用前臂皮瓣行舌体再造病例资料，术后随访患者舌体形态与功能恢复情况。结果①28例再造舌体全部成活，成功率100%。②所有病例随访18个月，患者吞咽、语言功能及舌外形均恢复良好。结论利用前臂皮瓣对舌癌切除术患者进行舌体再造成活率高，且术后舌体形态、功能恢复良好，具备较大临床推广意义。
목적：관찰병탐토운용전비피판대설암근치환자진행설체재조적림상료효。방법회고성분석아원2008년2월~2011년2월간수치적28례설암근치술후채용전비피판행설체재조병례자료，술후수방환자설체형태여공능회복정황。결과①28례재조설체전부성활，성공솔100%。②소유병례수방18개월，환자탄인、어언공능급설외형균회복량호。결론이용전비피판대설암절제술환자진행설체재조성활솔고，차술후설체형태、공능회복량호，구비교대림상추엄의의。
Objective The paper is to discuss clinical ef icacy on application of forearm flap in tongue reconstruction after radical operation of tongue carcinoma. Methods:Retrospective study was conducted on 28 admit ed cases from Feb.2008 to Feb.2011, al tongue cancer cases after radical operation were treated with forearm flap in tongue reconstruction ,after which morphology and tongue function recovery were fol owed and noted. Results:Tongue bodies of 28 cases with tongue reconstruction al survived, success rate was 100%. Al patients were fol owed up for 18 months, patients with dysphagia, language functions and tongue shape recovered wel . Conclusion:Patients after tongue cancer resection applied with tongue reconstruction by forearm skin flap whose survival rate is high, and the tongue body shape&function recovered wel after surgery ,which has great clinical significance.
