通过文献加思辨的方法来界定学习环境与教育信息化学习环境,论述教育信息化学习环境下的数字化教育资源的意义、组成要素及各要素之间的关系,认为硬件是基础,软件是关键,潜件是粘合剂,“人件”是核心,周边因素是保障,建设数字化教育资源是实现教育信息化学习环境的核心。
