目的探索稀碘伏冲洗膀胱预防TURP术后尿路感染的有效性。方法取2012年7月~2013年7月117例泌尿外科行TURP手术患者，按手术时间的先后顺序随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组58例，对照组59例。所有患者术后均留置三腔气囊导尿管，常规0.5%碘伏擦洗尿道外口3次/d，引流袋每天更换。实验组用0.05%稀碘伏冲洗膀胱，2次/d；对照组术后用0.9%生理盐水冲洗膀胱，2次/d。两组患者冲洗7d后取中段尿做细菌培养。结果实验组有9例患者尿培养阳性，对照组有22例患者尿培养阳性，两组比较差异有统计学意义(约0.01)。结论稀碘伏每日冲洗膀胱可效降低了TURP术后患者尿路感染的发生率，缩短患者平均住院日，值得进一步推广。
목적탐색희전복충세방광예방TURP술후뇨로감염적유효성。방법취2012년7월~2013년7월117례비뇨외과행TURP수술환자，안수술시간적선후순서수궤분위실험조화대조조，실험조58례，대조조59례。소유환자술후균류치삼강기낭도뇨관，상규0.5%전복찰세뇨도외구3차/d，인류대매천경환。실험조용0.05%희전복충세방광，2차/d；대조조술후용0.9%생리염수충세방광，2차/d。량조환자충세7d후취중단뇨주세균배양。결과실험조유9례환자뇨배양양성，대조조유22례환자뇨배양양성，량조비교차이유통계학의의(약0.01)。결론희전복매일충세방광가효강저료TURP술후환자뇨로감염적발생솔，축단환자평균주원일，치득진일보추엄。
Objective To explore the dilute iodine volts rinse bladder prevention ef ectiveness of TURP postoperative urinary tract infection. Methods In July 2012 to July 2013, 117 cases of urological surgery TURP surgery patients, according to the order of operation time were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group 58 cases, control group 59 cases. Results The experimental group with positive urine culture, 9 cases of patients in the control group 22 cases with positive urine culture, comparing the two groups was statistical y significant dif erence ( <0.01). Conclusion Dilute iodine volts daily washing bladder can ef ectively reduce the incidence of TURP postoperative patients with urinary tract infection, shorten the average patient such confinement, worthy of further promotion.
